Affordable Housing

Through the introduction of new housing typologies, Kinley will help to address some of Lilydale’s existing issues with the supply of new, high-quality Affordable Housing.

The project also aims to reach agreement for the provision of at least 5% of dwellings as Affordable Housing, including a component of Social Housing.
